I just started couch surfing after my girlfriend shared the wonderful experiences she made couch surfing in an Interrail. Right now I am an Erasmus Student and I want to use the opportunity being in Italy visiting all of the country and connecting with the people. I love learning about different cultures and heritages. The best way of course to really learn about the culture is to get in touch with the people and I’d love to use Couchsurfing to meet people who can show me around and teach me their point of view.

In general I am in the last years of studies. I have studied philosophy, economics and law. I am based in Germany but live in Turin at the moment. In my spare time I love reading and going to the cinema. For sports I go running and horseback riding, although I cannot go riding right now in Italy.

The last book I read and which very much impressed me was “Wifedom”. It is a biography over George Orwell’s wife Eileen and her remarkable impact on his work which was unknown to me.
