Hi,

my name is Frederik, I am 30 years old and I work in the shipping industry (but change is on the way). I love doing sports - fitness, boxing, yoga, running - am politically interested and try to keep up with the developments of the most interesting and volatile medium of our times - video games. Lately I also got a bit into digital photography.

I love couchsurfing, both hosting and surfing and I have met so many awesome people and had many great experiences that would not have been possible without couchsurfing and the awesome people on here.

I know that time can be a bit of a limited factor when on the go, but please read through the "About Me" and "My Home" section before sending me a couch request. 我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I was on holiday in Israel a friend showed me couchsurfing. I tried it, and was glad to have a non-commercial place to stay and local hosts to show me around as well. After that, time and time again meeting kind and special people was the best aspect of traveling for me.

When at home I like to host to give back, meet new and interesting people and show people around my city.

In the best case couchsurfing is like meeting an old friend. I also do completely get that some people have to or want to travel on a low budget and I think this is a complete legitemate reason to like couchsurfing, as long as it is not the only reason.

兴趣

In recent time I have for some reason focused a lot on sport and fitness, and I am really fascinated by what some people are able to do with their body in martial arts and yoga.

I am somewhat of a sucker for good TV shows. I am always happy for suggestions and if the weather is shitty (tends to happen in Hamburg) or you are too exhausted from your travels I am happy to chill with you and watch a movie or tv show.
