ABOUT ME

...difficult to talk about myself sometimes; I will certainly have a tendency to see your qualities first instead of picking any thing good in me... Well, I like to have my things a bit organised... Ah, a little problem for some people, I talk a bit more than I should sometimes (this is what some people in my family say), maybe it is because of my Italian side that prevents me of calming down when it is midnight and friends want to go to bed. But don't you worry, I am also very good in reading body language and I will get it before you think 'Alright, maybe I'll go and brush my teeth and have a sleep.'

PHILOSOPHY

Everything that you are and have, whatever thing you are good at and can do is a gift, and being so, do not forget acknowledging their origin, once you can not, essentially, produce them yourself. What is the origin? Hey, come on, That's why you've received the wonderful gift of life: to find it out! and you WILL, absolutely, if you just desire it.

Interests

I am fanatic about languages and culture exchange. I love meeting new people, get to know who they are, learn from them and share the humble things I have learned on the way. 'People' is a theme that I have been learning to appreciate more and more, it is like a surprise box, they come in different shapes, colours and with the 'mystery' inside that you'll know only when you open it... However, it is a mistake to say that it is all a big surprise, for as an unique species, humans in the end of the day want one thing only: satisfaction and happiness - It is a science to be explored and beautifully studied: What on earth can give me true satisfaction and happiness in a way that I will be enabled to provoke the same on those around me? - Good question, don't you think?

Music, Movies, and Books

Ops... I am a bit quiet when it comes to music and stuff... I love classic music with gospel themes, instrumental music is my favourite. Ah, I also love vocal techniques. My number one reading is the Bible; other titles I can also tell you: Great controversy, Desire of Ages, Fiding peace within, among others. In the Educational field I like reading about Child Development, Behaviour Management, Language Acquisition and Special Education (gifted kids, Home schooling, children with special needs... etc)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think I am a very lucky person. I have traveled just a little bit and had the wonderful privilege of building up great relationships in nearly every port I've anchored (that I know are for life) and I have learned amazing lessons that have even changed how I see things. This is the value that I place on the CS philosophy and that's why I like labeling myself as a CITIZEN OF THE WORLD.
