Overview
About Me
Currently I am exploring which way life can go, since I believe there are many different ways to live life.
I love my job as social worker at a school in Leeuwarden and really enjoy enrichening my mind by studying philosophy part-time at Rijks Universiteit Groningen.
I love traveling the world, while trying not to fall in superficially drifting around and at the same time searching for peace and tranquillity. A goal which seems unachievable, but to me is a worthwhile quest.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting people and traveling. Couchsurfing seems a good way to combine these two.
Besides that, I love seeing the world from the non-touristic perspective. As a tourist you normally go and see the tourist highlights, but don't get to see the way people live their lifes, experience life, think about life and the world. Being somewhere with people who are from that place gives me a totally different view on the culture, habits, thoughts of people, which is way more important to me than the 'normal' tourist sightseeing. I teaches me new ways of thinking and living which I feel enriches my life. I also hope to do the same for others in return.

Teach, Learn, Share
Although I have a degree in teaching I don't think I could teach anything more than anyone else could possibly teach me.
Above that, I am quite sceptic on truth ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
We could maybe share some nice moments here in the city and get to know eachother.
I have an extra bike I can share.
If necessary I have bedlinnen and towels, but of course I rather have you bring it yourself if possible.
