Strive to live an Outstanding life with balance. Active and energetic, Love to be outside in nature, also enjoy being in an urban environment occasionally, I love to eat fruits, especially durian! People watching is so fun to me also.

Its very important for me to stay physically active, lean, healthy, fit, vital. Surfing is my main passion, and I enjoy running (trails mainly), lift weights, cylcling, snowboarding. I enjoy to contribute time and money to worthwhile causes like inspiring people to eat more Fruit and veggies. I Enjoy reading, learning, self-development, solving problems, traveling, eating Raw foods, camping. I absolutely LOVE life and feel so fortunate to wake up Early each day excited for another adventure!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- I finished University.
-i completed a 10 day silent meditation in Bali
-I fasted with water only for 3 Days.
-I ate fruits only for several months (mostly durian)(still going strong!)
-I ran a 50mile trail race in 11hours
- I ran my own business for 10years.
- I Surfed Gland when it was way to big for me.
- I enjoyed watching kids in Bali being with their parents all the time even when working, family values strong.
