Hi, welcome to Banyuwangi. We live and come from in this small city. We are Moslem couple. We love to meet new people so much. Beside as new family for us, we can get free for something from the people here..(especially in Banyuwangi) haha!
we also have schedule to give some free food for poor people in the street every Friday and sometimes we join in social community for giving donation.

Then, I start to open homestay in this year (for make money..haha). if there is free room, you can use it. but if there is guest who rent the room, I hope you don't mind if move to the other bed with us..

And also I help many children here to teach basic English. my class in the afternoon until evening.

So when you stay here but we can't accompany you to visit some places, so sorry. And ofcourse we will show you if we have free time. Have a nice trip! I hope you can enjoy with us..

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When there is big festival in my city, its difficult for get good place without invitation card. ya, ofcourse good place and special chair just for important and famous guests. So, who am I? I just wish the luck. When I try to see the festival near from the stage with my friends from France and Portugal, we met someone who needs couple tourists for join with her team on festival. Without confirm first to them, I said "Yes, Madam. they can join with your team". Then she starts to make up my friends (with their confused face "what's going on fryda?"), wear traditional costume, and Woow! we can enjoy it! even we also join on that festival without test or invitation card.. it's free! hahaha..

My house in city center. it's easy to go everywhere. and we just have 2 bedrooms and 3 mattress.

Most of surfurs come here, just for to visit Ijen Crater and see blue fire. It needs 1 hour more to go to Paltuding (parking area in Ijen) by vehicles from our house. There is no public transportation. car or jeep is better than motorcycle for beginners. the way so dangerous.

Just for information if you go to ijen by tour, the normally price for motorcycle is Rp 150.000-200.000/person. and for car 250.00-350.000/person include ticket. with those prices they will take and waiting you in parking area. if you want rent motor maybe its about Rp 70.000-100.000.
Price for the ticket Rp 100.000 (weekday) and Rp 150.000 (weekend).

Start for hiking open at 1 a.m. sometimes if rainy, its close. don't forget to prepare the mask, jacket, drink and food. it needs 2 hours more for hiking and you'll enjoy the blue fire + stars + sunrise .
