ABOUT ME
Hello my name is Massimo and I am from Trieste, Italy. I am a quiet and playful man. I am open minded. I am a friend of everyone I do not make distinctions of race, religion, sex or anything else. all are my friends. I love being in the middle of nature. To get to my house with a flight from Trieste Airport (Ronchi dei Legionari) you can take:
1 - suburban line n. 51 managed by APT. Tickets can be purchased at the airport at the automatic cash desk (near the arrivals area) or on board with a surcharge. The ride takes about an hour. you can get off at Roiano in Viale Miramare (ask the bus driver) 1 stop before the terminus which is located in Trieste Central Station. very simple !! after a 5 minute walk around the corner.
2 - Take the train from the airport that will take you to Trieste Central Station

To get to my house by train:
From the train station or the bus station for Croatia and Slovenia in Piazza Libertà you can take a 15-minute walk towards Roiano in viale Miramare (the road is straight and flat) or you can take bus number 8 in front of the station. towards Roiano. you arrive in 5 minutes. you have to get off at the Roiano terminus. I live 50 meters from the terminus of bus number 5 or bus number 8.
Everything is very simple. my area is flat and is very well served to go to the city center on foot or by bus. in 15 minutes you are in the city center or towards the banks and piazza dell'Unità D'Italia or if you go in the opposite direction you can easily reach the beaches of Barcola or the castle of Miramare. it is a wonderful museum that you must not miss to visit.
Under my house there are 7 supermarkets, the post office, buses, taxis, banks, the police. it is a quiet area at all times. parking is free, you don't pay.

Per arrivare a casa mia con un volo dall'Aeroporto di Trieste (Ronchi dei Legionari ) tu puoi prendere:
1 - linea extraurbana n. 51 gestita da APT. Il biglietto può essere acquistato in aeroporto presso la cassa automatica (vicino la zona arrivi) o a bordo con sovrapprezzo. La corsa dura circa un'ora. tu puoi scendere a Roiano in Viale Miramare (chiedi al conducente del bus) 1 fermata prima del capolinea che si trova in Stazione Centrale di Trieste. molto semplice !! dopo sono a 5 minuti di cammino dietro l'angolo.
2 – Prendere il Treno dall’Aeroporto che ti porter alla stazione Centrale di Trieste

Per arrivare a casa mia con il Treno:
Dalla Stazione dei Treni o dalla stazione degli Autobus per la Croazia e Slovenia in Piazza Libertà tu puoi fare una passeggiata di 15 minuti in direzione Roiano in viale Miramare(la strada è dritta e pianeggiante) o tu puoi prendere il bus numero 8 difronte alla stazione in direzione Roiano . tu arrivi in 5 minuti . tu devi scendere al capolinea Roiano. io vivo a 50 metri dal capolinea del bus numero 5 o bus numero 8.
Tutto è molto semplice. la mia zona è pianeggiante ed è servita molto bene per andare in centro città a piedi o con gli autobus. in 15 minuti tu sei nel centro di città o verso le rive e piazza dell'Unità D'Italia o se tu vai nella direzione opposta arrivi facilmente alle spiagge di Barcola o al castello di Miramare. esso è un meraviglioso museo che tu non devi perdere da visitare.
Sotto casa mia ci sono 7 supermercati, la posta , gli autobus , i taxi , le banche, la polizia. è una zona tranquilla a tutte le ore. il parcheggio è gratis non si paga.

Interests

I have many interests.
1 - I am an Agricultural Entrepreneur, I was producing honey but at this moment I stopped because I am looking for help I could no longer manage my hives (I had 30 hives with about 900,000 bees and all my bees had a name ahaha).
I would like to give work to some young guy who loves nature in exchange for food and accommodation. He could also earn with the work of the campaign and I would not want the money but only to fix the land and cover the expenses. If you are interested contact me.
I would like to know some guests who would help me with:
- build a chicken coop for the chickens
- build a greenhouse
- build paths under the pergolas for my grapes, kiwis, roses, wisteria.
- cut trees and clean the grass
- prune the roses and trees
- clean the ground from stones
- build dry stone walls
- move of the earth

2 - I work as a farmer in my spare time: I have a 5,000 square meter countryside that I cultivate with my father. I grow olives to make oil, grapes for wine, apples, pears, cherries, peaches, tomatoes and everything else that can be grown. I'm always on the lookout for strange, little-known plants and seeds. I have many fine roses and I am very jealous of my garden.

3 - I love my job, I am a fishmonger and if you want we can cook good fish at my house. I work 50 km from home but I have a lot of satisfaction from my work especially from my clients.

4 - Every third Sunday of each month I participate in the flea and antiques market in the city center of Trieste behind Piazza Dell'Unità D'Italia with my friends.

5 - I love animals. I live with 2 Gray Parrots (Figaro & Ricky) and 1 Molluche Cockatoo (Maga Magò).
6 - Sometimes I do caving with my friends.
7 - When I can I make extras in films that shoot in Trieste or in the area.

8 - I love to take pictures to relax.
9 - I took a Yoga course and I love relaxing massages with scented oil or creams (my massage lasts about 1 hour)

And I would like to know some cyclists to help me fix my bikes that I bought for my guests. If I put them in place I can give them to my guests to go to the city or to the sea, I ask you for help.

1 – sono un Imprenditore Agricolo, producevo miele ma in questo momento mi sono fermato perché sto cercando un aiuto non riuscivo più a gestire le mie arnie (avevo 30 arnie con circa 900.000 api e tutte le mie api avevano un nome ahaha ) .
Vorrei dare del lavoro a qualche ragazzo giovane che ama la natura in cambio di vito e alloggio. Si potrebbe anche guadagnare con il lavoro della campagna e io non ne vorrei i soldi ma solo sistemare il terreno e coprire le spese. Se sei interessato contattami.
Mi piacerebbe conoscere qualche ospite che mi aiutasse per :
- costruire un pollaio per le galline
- costruire una serra
- costruire dei percorsi sotto le pergole per le mie uve, kiwi, rose, glicini.
- tagliare alberi e pulire l’erba
- potare le rose e gli alberi
- pulire il terreno dai sassi
- costruire del muretti a secco
- spostare della terra

2 – faccio il contadino a tempo perso: ho una campagna di 5.000 mq che coltivo con mio padre. io Coltivo olive per fare l’olio, uva per il vino, mele , pere , ciliegie, pesche, pomodori e tutto quello che si può coltivare. Sono sempre alla ricerca di piante strane, poco conosciute e semi. Ho molte Rose pregiate e sono molto geloso del mio giardino.

3 - Amo il mio lavoro, sono un pescivendolo e se vuoi possiamo cucinare del buon pesce a casa mia. Lavoro a 50 km da casa ma ho tante soddisfazioni dal mio lavoro soprattutto dai miei clienti.

4 - Partecipo ogni terza domenica di ogni mese al mercatino dell'usato e antiquariato nel centro della città a Trieste dietro Piazza Dell'Unità D'Italia con i miei amici.

5 - Amo gli animali. Vivo con 2 pappagalli Cenerini (Figaro & Ricky) e 1 Cacatua delle Molluche (Maga Magò).
6 - Con i miei amici qualche volta faccio speleologia.
7 - Quando posso faccio le comparse nei film che girano a Trieste o in zona.

8 - io amo fare foto per rilassarmi.
9 - Ho fatto un corso di Yoga e adoro fare massaggi rilassanti con l’olio profumato o le creme ( il mio massaggio dura circa 1 ora)

I have many interests but have little time to read books. I love going to the movies and if I can I do it haha (I'm an extra)

I learned from my ex girlfriend who was a physiotherapist how to do massages. I can teach you some techniques and we can relax together with oils, relaxing music, candles and incense. Anche la Bora, il mare, il Carso...ti fanno amare Trieste perché è una città unica al confine, al bordo ma allo stesso tempo al centro dell'Europa. dove prima o poi ci passi...e qualcosa ti colpisce.
