ABOUT ME

I am interested, period.

Photography, music, art, science, spirituality and most everything in between..

I stepped out of the grind to globe-trot for a couple of years. Between "adult" responsibilities, climate change and apocalyptic visions of 2012, who knows when this opportunity will come up again?

I'm currently living/volunteering in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico followed by Central and South America. Know anyone worth meeting there? Don't hold back now, you hear?

Well ah, ahem. I, ah, hang out on people's couches at this stage. That and I make 'em dinner. Yeah!

I will, however, make a tremendous host upon my return? to Oz. Promise.

Moved out of my house, sold everything I owned (except my beloved lamp), closed my accounts and began this journey. There is nothing more liberating than life on the road.

Note, the Kerouac allusion.

I love to cook, am super neat and will go out of my way for a good conversation. I like talking about musicians and artists and can do it for extended amounts of time without getting bored. I like kids and they like me. I want to learn more about the world and it's people, however, I must make it known that I actively avoid people who talk excessively about computer programming, aliens and conspiracy theories derived from online chat communities. If you hang around me long enough you might start speaking like an Aussie, which could be useful as a party trick or if you intend on creating an alternative travel persona at some stage in your life. I'm excellent at making beds, even if I do say so myself, so if I stay at your house I'm guaranteed to leave a room neat and tidy.
