About Me
Hi, I’m Furkan! I’m originally from Kocaeli, but I’ve been living in Istanbul on the Asian side for a while now. I’m a German Language Teacher by profession, but currently, I work in public relations. I’m an easygoing and curious person who loves connecting with people from different cultures and exploring new perspectives. Meeting travelers and locals is one of my favorite ways to broaden my horizons and share stories!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is not just about finding a place to stay; it’s about creating connections and having authentic experiences. I’m here to meet locals and fellow travelers, make new friends, and experience the world through their eyes. For me, the best way to travel is to immerse yourself in the culture, and this platform is perfect for that. I believe every journey becomes richer when shared with amazing people.
