Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Help the shift towards better organizations, moved by a greater goal, welcoming of each collaborator's dimensions and believing in each one of them enough to decentralize power.
ABOUT ME
I'm helping teams and organizations to identify their next challenges and create their own solutions to overcome them, through facilitation sessions, with the help of dialogue, time, tools.
One team at a time, I intend to push the movement to make our organizations great again! And it took me a looong time and a lot of incredible experiences to get there!
I'm a former trader and decided that I could probably find a more fulfilling way of life. I instructed sailing , became an NGO project manager in Cambodia, started a small consultancy back home, went back to school for a master of journalism in Hong Kong and dropped this life again to follow THAT girl back to France
PHILOSOPHY
Just read Saint Exupery, "Terre des Hommes" and you'll have an idea of the ideals I live by.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was both a Student and Freelance Journalist in Hong Kong covering the umbrella movement with a nice camera, right in a teargas cloud...
One year volunteering in the countryside of Cambodia, with local Khmer friends and very simple living conditions/way of life.
Teach sailing at Les Glénans Archipelago, a paradise off the shore of Brittany in France, and a meaningful sailing school.
Living in Paris, and study at la Sorbonne for a few years, walking and cycling around every inch of my hometown
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a certified sailing teacher and love to share this passion.
Can speak a bit of Khmer and a very good English for a French native.
Would love to learn more about climbing, paragliding, kitesurfing, Eventually also interested in Mandarin and the Chinese culture.
