ABOUT ME

I grew up in a little town (Terneuzen) in The Netherlands, started skateboarding their with a group off friends and was addicted from the start. Now i live in Tilburg where in a close by town i did my studie (chemistry) graduated last June and started working after that to go travel the world. In Tilburg i made allot of new friends (most of all in the skate scene) and i got sponsered by the local skateshop (Kingdomskateshop.com) which is owned by friends of mine. I spent most of my time skateboarding with friends, making a movie and traveling while doing that. Traveled allot around Europe and now i want to see more off the world before getting a serious job in my educational region. I also like to just chill out with friends talking, eating together, have fun and sometimes go wild partying.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like meeting new people from allover the world. While traveling Europe i've met allot of people and i love talking about the differences in culture and daily habbits and stuff. Also my house is usually open for people i meet and like. Allot of my friends from other places in the netherlands stay over at my house (student house where i live with a friend of mine, and six other people) sometimes when there has bin a skate session the whole house is full with people sleeping everywhere in the hallway or any random place. We also organize a winter bbq in our house every year and other fun things. I don't mind people staying over as long as they don't make a mess of my house to much. And when someone from another country or something comes around i usually invite them to stay over at my place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just had one this afternoon (i'm rookie yes) me and my friend chilled out at Miami beach with Guilherne a guy from Brazil that is familiar with couch surfing. It was nice we endend up talking about allot of stuff. But you could prescribe my house in the Netherlands as a couchsurf house .. not officially but people sleep over at my place all the time so if you look at it like that, i have allot of experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going on a tour with a group off friends from Zeeland every year in a few different city's in Europe. Every year it's a totally different thing from going crazy partying, skating everywhere and just chilling out with the whole group meeting new people.. it's a experience that's like nothing else i've ever done.
