ABOUT ME

I was born in Sri-Lanka, but have been in the UK almost all of my life. I've lived all over the place, from the South of England to the North-East of Scotland and even lived in Harlem, NY for a little while. I consider myself fairly well traveled, and spend a lot of time trying to broaden my horizons. I love playing the guitar and piano, although I could be better. I'm currently working as a cocktail bartender, but my educational background has always been related to the sciences - Eventually I'd like to go into research, but until then I'm just going to keep educating myself.

Interests

Recently my life has consisted of attempting to balance working and battling with university- so leisure time has become a massively cherished rarity; I've started to play music again but I'm still not as good as I was. I'm a massive nerd at heart and love learning about nearly anything, as such I've been in formal education for 18 years so far! When I have a couple of days off, I love travelling about and heading to places that I've never been before; although I'm equally happy living the sedentary life.
