Overview
About Me
I'm a 4th year Canadian student in Kinesiology (Human Physiology), interested in medicine/research when I'm finished with my program.
I'm looking to travel the world while I can and make great friends along the way! I enjoy basically anything active and/or outdoors--hiking, yoga, bouldering etc.. I'm always down to have a few drinks/a glass of wine with a great meal (...did I say I love to cook?). And I'm into sci-fi and fantasy books/movies/TV shows. Currently awaiting: Patrick Rothfuss' third book, and weekly episodes of Violet Evergarden on Netflix. Honestly, I'm pretty laid back so if you're a decent person, we'll get along just fine!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Like I said, I want to travel everywhere and make good friends along the way. What better way to make great friends than share a meal (and a house) with them for a while! I would love to accept guests, but the not all the housemates are comfortable with that right now. When I can, I will!

Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a yoga teacher, so there's that! I can also tell you about Canada and how our milk comes in 1L plastic bags and how a coffee with 2 cream/milk and 2 sugar is a "double-double".
I love to have discussions about discoveries in science and tech, and the future implications of it (think Black Mirror but not always so gloomy). Also interested in movies/animated films and how they're made--the prop making process etc..
What I Can Share with Hosts
A home-cooked meal, a glass of wine (or a cup of tea), my search for adventure and (hopefully) good conversation.
