ABOUT ME
Growing up in the South Carolina and getting my undergraduate degree in Tennessee, I have now left the U.S. for the moment and have spent the last year teaching English in Nantes, France. Throughout my entire life, travel and the outdoors have been a guiding force, inspiring my primary intellectual interests of international and sustainable development. I have spent summers months backpacking, climbing, and rafting in Costa Rica, and around the states in Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota, Montana, and Alaska. I studied abroad in Madagascar, Haiti, and Jamaica.
My most recent adventures have been a two-week solo trek across Corsica and a month traveling across Thailand and Cambodia. This summer, I have set my sights on the sea and will be crewing on a sailboat traveling from Croatia to Greece.
The more I see of the world, the more I thirst to experience and see other cultures!
