About Me
I like to think I'm easy-going, friendly and open-minded. I love to learn about other countries, different lifestyles, culture, people and of course food :)
I'm really eager to meet new people and experience new things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm very curious and the best way to learn about a place is from locals. I really like talking about politics, history and people. The list of countries I've set my foot in is quite long but I have mostly visited only for a few days so I would like to know more.
I can finally host people but my flat is small, I don't even have couch so have to mattress surf :)
Interests
I like to learn new things but I don't usually stick with them so I suck at most things :-D
I've tried several languages but usually only remember how to say hello. Finished three cross-stitching projects, then tried embroidery, did not finish embroidery project. Tried painting classes. But I still like knitting scarves in winter and gardening in summer. I've taken up sewing recently. Now I sound like I'm an old lady ;)
I used to love computer games but I don't have that much time anymore. Now I spend most of my free time reading. But I also go out, have a drink and dance crazily. Some sports are fun too :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading, my guilty pleasure right now is romance but I also enjoy sci-fi, fantasy, crime novels... I used to read bit of everything but now I need my regular dose of happy endings :). I really like Lois McMaster Bujold, Meljean Brook, Courtney Milan, Patricia Briggs, Robin Hobb, Ellen O'Connell and million other authors.
I prefer to watch comedies and love TV shows like Red Dwarf, Black Books, Miranda, IT Crowd, Happy Endings, Brooklyn Nine Nine... I also try to go to cinema as much as possible but it's not that often unfortunately.
I mostly listen to BBC show Why Factor or the Beatles :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent almost 30 hours in a train on my trip from Bergen do Bodo and when we arrived I was sad that the journey was already at end and I didn't have enough time to enjoy it :) But it was really amazing experience.
I spent over 30 hours in train from Chicago to Glacier NP and I was super happy that I can finally leave! Interesting experience though :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Delicious but usually unhealthy family recipes :)
