ABOUT ME

Grew up not too tall, not too short, kind of skinny, but grew up right. I like to believe that I'm among the simplest guys around, trying to worry about the fewest amount of stuff as possible. No, that does not make me a hippie. I am also a very practical person, which I agree can sometimes turn people nuts. I highly enjoy talking, conversing, exchanging, chatting, discussing (whatever you want to call it), with people. I strongly believe that it is the easiest and best way to grow as an individual and reach for an enlightened way of life. It can also be exceedingly funny and pleasant.

Tidbits on me:
- Je suis francophone. J'invite donc tous les Sufers parlant français (un à la fois quand même, s'il vous plaît...)voulant entrer en contact avec moi à le faire utilisant la langue de Molière.
- I like sports. I mean I love sports. I admire how very primal and simple games can bring pride to some many different people around the globe. Curiously enough, I tend to despise those who love ONLY sports and nothing else. There are just many beautiful things in this world aside from sports. Just open the window and watch, for pete's sake...
- I am a major fan of The Beatles and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
- I rarely succumb to excesses. Of anything: alcohol, sweets, zeal, stupidity, feelings, whatever...
- I think Italy is a beautiful country, but it's rather full of... Italians. I'm not a fan.
- For some curious reason, cats and very young babies appear to absolutely love me. Not that I mind, but I just don't get it. Search me.
- I realized a few years ago that traveling is what really drives me. There's nothing I can possibly hate about suddenly being a nobody is a land that is not yours.
- Being a ''gourmand'', I also enjoy discovery new food, flavors, and alcohol.
- I possibly am the least religious person of all times.
- The thing I hate the most is unnecessary noise.

PHILOSOPHY

There is something to learn from anyone you can potentially meet, in any given situation. Not always directly from the person, but from your own reaction and feelings experienced by the meeting.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Once I'll be able to receive CSurfers, I will be more than happy to do my best to make them feel comfortable in Montreal, Canada, where I currently live. This project will grow by getting more and more legitimacy through word-to-mouth communication, and this can be achieved by having as much fun we can possibly have with each other, being stellar guests and hosts.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had none so far. Looking to it for my upcoming trip to Dublin, Ireland.

Interests

I really am interested in a lot of things. I enjoy talking and discussing about anything and everything. However, I know for a fact that the stock exchange, portfolio management and investments and subjects that absolutely bore me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I LOVE to watch movies. Any kind, old, recent, even chick flicks. I will definitively prefer more artistic works, however I find cinema a great entertainment. My all-time favorites are ''Pulp Fiction'' and ''Forest Gump''.
Music: Again, I highly enjoy music, in almost all forms. I prefer Rock n' Roll, and I especially appreciate music from the 60' and 90', but I will listen to most styles and enjoy the sounds!
Books: I don't like poetry and victorian novels. My favorite book: '' The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy''.
