About Me

I am pretty laidback and love to have adventures of all kinds. I am an outgoing introvert, equally happy on my own or with other like minded people around to share the fun. I LOVE food, and trying new food/restaurants is one of my favourite things to do. Not unrelated is the urge to exercise a lot - I cycle everywhere and recently started a beginners' acrobatics course.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've lived in a few different places around the world, and have recently settled in London, which I love because you can go travelling within it - you will never run out of new neighbourhoods to visit and there's an adventure around every corner. The best thing about living in other places, even if just for a short time, rather than just being a tourist, is the chance to meet people, get to know their culture and their different perspectives on life and all things. It's so enriching to have friends all over the world from all sorts of different backgrounds, and I hope through couchsurfing, I'll be able to benefit even more from that - plus the only way to enjoy a place properly is to see it as the locals do!
