Heyo! Our names are Gabe and Claire! We are a 29/28 year old American couple exploring South America! Starting our trip in Uruguay then heading south through Argentina and Chile, heading down to Ushuaia! Hitching and camping the whole way down! We love to travel and meet new people, see their country side and learn their way of life. We’re both super easy going and roll with the punches and go with the flow. We are both very passionate about life and get easily excited about everything. We love foraging for our own food when we can, getting out and finding mushrooms and shellfish was one of our favorite things to do in our home state of Oregon!

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Traveling is one of our favorite things to do for many reasons . We would say that one of the most important of these reasons is to meet people from other places that can show you that the world exists outside of your little bubble. Couch surfing is without a doubt the best way you could go about doing this. To be able to experience a town or taste a dish from the perspective of someone who has grown to love what they're representing is amazing!

Claire-I go through phases loving different types of music. Some phases are sad and slow music others are old American country music. But right now I’m loving 70s funk music from all over the world. I love animated movies because I love the whimsy and creativity they can show off! I’m open to all sorts of books but love a good horror.
