Hi, I’m Gabe! I’m from Salt Lake City, Utah, and I’m usually on this app hoping to connect with Couchsurfing hosts in many places that I only dreamed about visiting until the trip finally happens. I’m a hobbyist photographer who loves capturing natural landscapes and wildlife! I’m also an introverted type who prefers to just be present and enjoy the moment when I’m in a new place. I'll listen to any genre of music, but I find myself listening to country, rock, and alternative the most. Some of my favorite artists include Brad Paisley, The Outfield, and Gorillaz.

I'll also watch any genre of movie, but I especially enjoy historical fiction/non-fiction like Inglorious Basterds, Saving Private Ryan, Django, and Forrest Gump.

I'm biased towards non-fiction books, but I'm down for an occasional fiction read. I’m currently re-reading the Picture of Dorian Gray, and the Sympathizer.
