Live, learn, see, and experience. I am on an journey to become who I am, broaden my perspective of the world, and take in each new place and country as a learning opportunity.

ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous student taking a gap year to study culture and life. Next year I will be attending Oregon State University. I love to travel, meet new people, and try new things. I'm a positive person who doesn't require much other than a place to sleep, but welcomes any company or time my host has to offer as well.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything everywhere has the potential to teach, it is through the eyes and mind of the beholder that has the power to gain this knowledge.

Open to all different perspectives, stances, and ideas. With each individuals view of the world, my own is continuously changed and molded into what it is today.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Absolutely none. I am desperately trying to get connected and started, but it is difficult to be a new Surfer. Still learning, if you have any advice feel free to message me, all advice very welcome!

Interests

I love nature and being outdoors. I enjoy being introduced and challenged in new activities. I read whenever I can, but am normally not sitting in one place for long enough. I play american football, wrestling, and am a sprinter and pole vaulter in track. I also enjoy meeting new and interesting people to learn a alternative way of life or perspectives different from my own.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music I listen to includes jazz, pop, hip-hop, rock, a little country, and modern techno :). But open to being introduced to new genres!

Books, I'm usually drawn into the plot within the first half hour sitting and by then it doesn't matter what the book is.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: All about health and fitness, American politics, and basic knowledge of lots of random interests.

Learn: Working on learning French, German, and Italian, all help welcome!
-Also trying to expand my musical knowledge and ability, any contribution you may have, I look forward to learning about.
-Cooking and baking? Why not. I'd love to help out in the kitchen and learn what I can.
