Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS is exactly what I love about traveling- chance encounters, good friends, cultural exchange, and affordability. I am all about learning, sharing, loving and being.

Interests

I've decided that my favorite thing in life is dancing in the street to live music. I have a newfound love for running, obviously love traveling and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like a good mix of Motown hits, pop, jazz, international music, and rap. Oh yeah, and sometimes I just quit music and listen exclusively to podcasts.

Movies: Tommy Boy, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Grizzly Man, The Theory of Everything

Books: I like reading about adventures, sometimes I enjoy a sappy novel. Really wanting to get into reading books about psychology and self-teaching. Inspire me if you're into that sort of thing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Exchange year in Germany with RYE
-Two amazing months spent living and traveling in Brazil
-Climbed the Chief in Squamish, B.C.
-Celebrated my 21st birthday at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. I know it's cliche, but it's also awesome.
-Spoken 5 languages at the dinner table

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching language and culture, sharing information about my passions. I think one of the greatest way to learn is by telling stories- so I would absolutely love to exchange stories and live vicariously through the adventures I haven't yet had.
