ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Gabriela, I was born in Brazil and lived there until I was 18 years old and then moved to Mannheim in Germany where I lived with my mother and brother for four years and studied languages.
After that, in the year 2009 I moved to Granada in Spain and started to study tourism. In the year 2011 I went to Cancun for an student exchange programm through my University and stayed there for one semester. After this exchange semester I moved to Playa del Carmen and stayed there working and traveling for another 6 months.
After I finished my career in Spain I moved to California and lived there 2 years, after that I went to Australia and have been living there since then.
And of course, every chance I get I travel here and there :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting people that actually live and know the place and culture that I visit, as well as I love showing my own culture and experiences.

Interests

I am just in love with all kind of sports, but specially Beachvolleyball and surfing.... but I really could do all kinds of sport, specially if there is some kind of competition in it, if more than one person is needed, and if it´s tiring. I love action!
I also love to travel, meet people from all over the world, get to know different cultures, talk in different languages, etc.
I love my family and my friends above all and always try to have them close to me even if not phisically.
