Hello Hello!

My name is Gabriel Antonino. While I’m waiting to be found for someone who will invite me to record a really show of my life (as the Kadarshians), I’m on the fourth year of Medical School (UFMG).
EDIT: I WAS! I decided to drop Medical School and go on a career that I could work bigger on improving not just people’s health, but in a more complex way, people’s life.

I'm also an English teacher at a language school, I give private Math classes and also speak Spanish (please don’t mess it up, in Brazil we speak Portuguese okay?)

I also had graduated at an environmental technician course and now I’m on my way to start living in Europe for a while! I love the nature, beach, waterfalls, camping and I love meeting new people! I’m very extrovert and open minded person, you’ll see that I’m smiling all the time hehe!

Vegetarian for 9 years and became vegan in 2019!

I’m aways changing my hair color, cut and style, getting a new piercing or planning the next tattoo. I love traveling and volunteering! Had spent 2 months in Africa, volunteering with kids in the community and an years working in a international NGO committee as a Local Officer on Human Rights and Peace Director. While at medical school I founded an LGBT support collective and was part of the Students Directory and coordinator of many committees (International Relationships, Mental Health, Students Movement, Public Health)

I love commedy and fiction movies, eating, drinking and taste new flavors and experiences! I love kids, pets and I’m an energy and helpful person too. By the way, I have a cat named Falafel who lives with me, hope you won't mind.

Also like partying a lot! Drinking beer and smoking. I’m very flexible one, I don’t care about comfort just care about good companies! As soon as I often smoke and drink I’m also fine about taking a break on both sometimes.

Most of people think that I’m funny. Hope that I’ll make you laugh a lot too!

I speak Portuguese, English and some Spanish. And I'm always learning some words in random languages, someday I would like to be fluent in a lot of them! Please teach me your best words and surprise me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meting new people and live their culture! Think that hosting in a home stay I can have this experience for sure! I don’t care about that much comfort in a travel, just wanna somebody who could offer me a coach and who likes to talk (and if possible, could show me the city!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• When I was 18, moved on by myself for a new city 2.600km from home and started a new life there
• Spent 2 months voluntaring in Tanzania
• Had a tattoo while I was drunk and high and got another one using a pen-ink and a tailor
• Backpacked Asia and Europe on my own
• Me and some more volunteers did the planning, money donation campaign and the building of a charity school in 3 weeks!
• Swam with dolphins on the Indic Ocean
• Saw Wales at the sunset in Arraial do Cabo (Brazil)
• Survived to Bolsonaro’s (un)government
• Backpacked Uruguay and Argentina with mom for her birthday

Teach, Learn, Share

Enjoy teaching, mostly kids and teenagers, I fell that I learn as much as I teach to them. I love to share my culture with people, and sure, learn and live their culture either!
