About Me

I'm Gabriel, (God's courier and messenger to his people, shit does that holds a lot of responsibility) I am from a jungle, not the concrete one but another type that boasts rainforests and spirituality. All the fantasy tales you hear about life in jungles are real. Weird shit goes down in the boonies, if you are peacefully walking down your dirt road and a fox starts talking to you, relax, it's totally normal, someone might have just slipped you something. I thought all of the things I saw while living on an island were unusual, then I moved to a city and saw people having conversations with themselves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new, Couchsurfing has always been something that I wanted to try, I have heard only the best stories from friends and family so I figured why not create my own stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read nonfictional books mostly, 50 cents "50th law" with Robert Green was by far my favorite,
anything wrote by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, Paulo Coelho, Robert Kiyosaki, Nikola Tesla
Joseph R. Weil " Yellow kid"
Niccolò Machiavelli " the prince"

Documentary movies and TV shows are the best.
Hip-hop and rock are important to me, Throughout history, these genres have always fought back, always rebled in the best of ways.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done throughout my journey is kept a positive outlook and perspective on my situation. Even though I couldn't control what was happening around me, I could control how I reacted to it.
That's important in life, overcoming your circumstances. My whole existence has been a pretty phenomenal death-defying ordeal. I've always had this keen sense of adventure, my childhood consisted of moving and adapting to new places, forgetting everything I know as true and being completely vulnerable to my new surroundings. That's how life should be, each day should be new and exciting, almost as if we are children discovering the world again.

Teach, Learn, Share

I look at this world like a family gathering around a dinner table, Everyone has something to offer and share, even if we might not agree with how it tastes or makes us feel, we know that it comes from a true place within themselves. This truthfulness in others often reflects yourself.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am able to share with you my positivity, my stories of the road, what my philosophy is, and what I'd like to come from all this. if you want to learn English id love to help. I love to sing and dance, make music and create good vibes.
I can teach you about American history/Politics/ business.
I lived on Hawaii Island for a majority of my life, I have also lived in western America
(California & Nevada), along with the eastern coast ( New York, Rhode Island, Boston, Florida, New Jersey )
