About Me
Hey all !
I'm Gabriel Chun, 20, born and raised in São Paulo. My asian features are originally from a Korean background, I'm short (people usually think I'm 3 years younger than I actually am) and I've got lots of beard as you can clearly see in my pictures rsrs... hahaha !
I travel with eager and an open mind so I can get to know myself better, make strong connections with people around the world and explore what the other cultures have to offer me. I'm open to meeting people and hearing their stories, practicing languages and having new insights in my life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on this Couchsurfing journey with the final goal of getting to know me better and the world better, and it would be so pleasing to me if you could take part of my story and I could take of yours. Getting to sleep at a stranger's house and make small talks with this person that I might soon call my friend is the most valuable experience I can have!

Music, Movies, and Books
First thing about me: dislike winter, love summer. Love travelling to beaches, but prefer mountains
MUSIC: above all artists is freaking John Mayer. Also love Alicia Keys. Apart from that I'm pretty eclectic, I enjoy listening to electronic (Martin Garrix style), rock and contemporary songs
HOBBIES: keen on taking pictures and recording videos of people and beautiful places
love cycling through streets of São Paulo with my fixie
hanging out at a friend's house, bars
obviously, soccer couldn't be out of this list
BOOKS: read so much of Percy Jackson... hahaha but I truly enjoyed reading Animal Farm by George Orwell
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
took a photo with a Manta Ray in Hawaii, one of the most incredible experiences ever
missionary trip to Minas Gerais, Brazil
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm terrible at cooking so maybe I could start learning some local cooking techniques hahaha
