About Me
Hi everyone! I'm a 21-year old college student at Brandeis University. I spent last semester studying at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and followed up that adventure with a backpacking trip through Western Europe and Mongolia. I'm clean, unimposing, and very considerate of personal space and cultural norms. I'd love to meet new people on my upcoming travels, which will take me back to Amsterdam in November and Australia next year!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm Couchsurfing because of the incredible people I met and mind-blowing stories I heard while backing through central and western Mongolia this summer. To meet so many people, many of them ten years my senior, so devoted to the backpacking lifestyle and its inclusive ethos has me wanting to meet more travelers and natives anywhere I go next.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite bands are The Lumineers, The Head and the Heart, and The Avett Brothers. I love slower, meaningful folk music.
My favorite book is Like Dreamers, which details the stories of several soldiers who fought in the Six Day War. The book perfectly captures my conflicting feelings about Middle East politics, which I am studying at Brandeis.
My favorite movie is The Departed. Just look at the cast-list. That's all you need to know.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a 4-day horse trek with local nomads in the mountains of western Mongolia.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach about my passions, learn about other cultures, and share my unique story of childhood trauma and eventual resilience.
