One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well the most recent memorable experience I had was my externship at Providence in Hollywood. If you for some reason heard of the restaurant you would know that its one of the best in the U.S. While there I helped in assisting in prep the Garde Manger station. It was definitely a challenge and a hell of alot of work but absolutely worth it. I learned alot about the kitchen and was introduced to a high standard of food I never knew. Me being the foodie that I am was literally getting wowed everyday by the amount of time and detail that goes into the making of every dish.
