About Me
***English message will fallow***
Bonjour!
English message
I'm normally fluent in english, but when it comes to writing I have some difficulties. Anyway.
So, I was saying in french that we are 4-5 roommates (and also partners) living in a cute, little, yellow and blue house. We are located on a hill, so we have a magnificent sight on the St-Laurent river and the city. You may have a look at the pictures.
We are biological farmers, so we have animals (such as rabbits, roosters and chickens) on our property. We also have some crops that we carefuly cultivate. If you are into that kind of stuff, I'm pretty sure that you would be more than fascinated in staying with us for a while. Plus, note that above than being farmers, we are kind and love drinking alcool.
Our house is located one hour walking from Rimouski downtown. But note that we have cars and that we can offer you a ride so you can appreciate the wounderfulnesses (?) of the city. And why not, maybe we could go further and discover toghetter the back country and everything. Everything is possible but sky isn't the limit.
We love partying and are always willing for a few beers.
We are all fluent in english, but usually speak french together. Also, I personally speak portuguese and spanish a bit.

Interests
Right now, I'm currently doing a Master in Environmental Sciences (socio-economics). I did my field work in Brasil with soybean producers. Now, I'm a biological farmer in Rimouski.
I'm also passionate in Physics, biology and drinking beer.
In the last few years, I gave a lot of time to the Quebec student movement. In 2012, I took part in the protests that occurred in the province. So yeah, I'm interested into politic, sociology and human sciences in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- We washed the kitchen walls;
- We make our own MAYONNAISE (!!!);
- We hung an orb from the ceiling and kicked it;
- We created the flyPhone, a futuristic phone that has the ability to fly (it's a drone);
- We noted the probabilities of having different outcomes in Pass the Pigs. By doing so, we were able to calculate the frequency and adjust the score : 2 cool 4 skool (French translation available, see below);
- We rescued mice.
Teach, Learn, Share
Of course, we have a lot to show, teach and learn about biological farming. By coming here, you may live an immersive experience and experiment the many joys of meeting new people.
What I Can Share with Hosts
