Hello!

ABOUT HOSTING:

My partner Alex and I are currently living in a small home in Forks, Washington. We have room to host 1 or 2 people in our spare bedroom. I like to host people who are interested in spending a bit of time together and learning from each other, be it over dinner or a hike, or simply having a nice chat over coffee in the morning.

Last-minute requests are totally welcome, and I generally prefer requests not more than a week ahead of time.

***We have three cats: Jean-Pierre, Nostra, and BooBoo. If you are allergic to cats or dislike them, this home is not a good fit for you***

If you'd prefer, you are also welcome to park your van or pitch a tent in our yard and sleep there.

ABOUT ME:

I have been traveling for the last few years, mostly looking to meet others and learn about new cultures, new ways of looking at the world.

I enjoy: Meeting people who are different from me. Spending time out in nature. Building relationships and playing with others. Art. Cooking. Hitchhiking. Writing and drawing. Meditation. Juggling. Identifying plants. Contact Improvisation. Trying new things.

I spent a week riding cargo boats down the Amazon River to cross the border from Colombia to Peru.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help you practice English or Spanish or teach you how to juggle, or we can make weird noises together and move our bodies in funny ways. We can also have serious talks about serious subjects while sitting on chairs.
