Hello,
My name is Gabriel Rodrigues, I'm 25y, student of Hospitality. I'm graduated in General Cookery and I've been chefing since I was little.
First years I was cooking in Brazil, where I'm originally from, and for the last 3 years I've been working as a chef in Australia (Sydney).
My whole life is based on how to be a great chef and where to develop my career, found a perfect place and great opportunity in Sydney to do what I love.
I also love to travel around the world to experiment new taste and flavours.
At the moment I work for a big company of hospitality industry in Sydney called Belrose Hotel.
