About Me
Hello everyone.
Let me tell a little about myself... I was born in a town in the state of Minas Gerais called Varginha. This city is known by its alien stories that took place there some years ago. When I was still 16 I moved to Rio where I started my studies in computer science and I that's where I still live. The fact of leaving my parents' so soon allowed me to get a lot of experience and maturity, so I consider myself a very mature and prudent guy.
Now I work in Rio and I think I will live here for the next years.
I'm a very open-minded guy, I love to explore the world, to make new friends and to know a little about their life, habits and culture. I think everyone has something to teach us !
I like to spend time with my friends and I like to party sometimes. I'm not a party guy but I think it's necessary to go out sometimes to dance and drink.
I love my family. Every holiday I travel to my hometown to see everyone.
I can speak Portuguese (my native language), English, French and I can understand a bit of Spanish. Next goal is to learn German.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm fascinated with the variety of culture in the world. I still plan on visiting every continent, try their food, learn how to greet in their language, and so on... Couchsurfing seems to be the perfect way to get in touch with that.
And on the other hand, I can host someone, which would allow me the same experience switching positions, this way I could share a lot about my culture.

Music, Movies, and Books
About music I could listen to basically everything. I'm very eclectic .
Lately I haven't read much, that's something I wanna change. I got many book recommendations and I haven't started reading them.
My favorite movie is The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. I found it amazing. The inverse perspective of life is quite CURIOUS haha.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some about the Brazilian culture, food and language.
I would love to learn about other cultures. No restriction. Everything that's different than my culture interests me. I love languages. If I could I'd speak at least 10 languages fluently.
Any experience is worth living !
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can show how to make a good caipirinha. And a tasty cuba libre.
I can also make a good cheese rolls, that's a very common food in Minas Gerais, loved by almost every Brazilian and those who visit Brazil.
