Hey!I'm Gabriel. A friendly and sociable guy, who a few years ago joined CS and his life had changed completely.I like to make new friends, I'm easygoing and I always give my best. I like more listen than talk and sometimes I look a bit shy but Im not. Hola! Soy Gabriel, un miembro activo de esta comunidad desde hace ya algunos años. Desde que me sume al proyecto mi vida ha cambiado completamente. Soy una persona muy sociable, abierto y me gusta hacer nuevos amigos, algo que CS me ha brindado en todo este tiempo.Siempre doy lo mejor de mi, y me gusta poder ayudar a la gente cada vez que pueda hacerlo.A principios del 2011 me mude a la ciudad de Mar del Plata, por lo que soy bastante nuevo aqui, asi que sera un gusto poder explorar juntos las cosas lindas que ofrece esta hermosa ciudad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am an active member in the local CS community in my city. I attend to meetings every time, I offer my couch and I like to promote CS spirit to travelers.

Desde que me uni al proyecto, forme parte de los grupos locales asistiendo y organizando eventos, asi tambien como ofreciendo un lugar para surfear :)
La mejor manera participar es transmitir el espiritu de CS a los nuevos miembros

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since I joined to CS I ve been hosting people at every place I lived and I very often attend to CS meetings in my hometown and nearby places. I have been meeting CS travelers in Argentina, having a drink, taking a look around and traveling together. As surfer I had great experiences surfing couches in some places in europe where I met awesome people.

Siempre formo parte de los grupos locales y asisto a reuniones de CS en mi ciudad o ciudades cercanas. Me gusta siempre que viajo unirme al grupo local y participar de las actividades de CS. He estado hospedando Csurfers en mi casa en La Plata y actualmente en Mar del Plata. Tambien he surfeado varios sofas durante mi viaje por Europa

I love all kind of sports and outdoor activities, football, squash, gym, inline skating, cycling, motorbikes, swimming, snowboarding, softball, trekking- Football -Football is my passion. I use to go to watch my team, Estudiantes de La Plata every time I can. Im a big football fan

- Photography -
Nowadays with digital cameras, everybody want to become a photographer :) its a nice hobby, check out my pics

- Beer -
Yeah, but not just drinking. I love all beer related. history, styles, tasting and of course how to brew it!Im homebrewer since 2006 and BJCP beer certified judge. Since 2012 I started in a brewery business, it's a hard and dedicated job. Take a look to my little homebrewery

- Cooking -
I like cooking, Im not a chef but I like to try my mom's recipes, I can cook asados (BBQ), pizzas, empanadas, chop suey... whatever. I'd like you can try one of our argentinean foods.

- Travelling -
I really enjoy travelling , but who doesn't? I'm always thinking about my next trip, where to go? how to do it? but I just have a few days holidays a year. I try to spend it in the proper way.

- Languages -
I love to learn languages, actually I'm taking German and English clases but Id love to learn any other new language. Communication is all- Friendship -I love meeting people, that is the reason because I'm here! Friends from La Plata and Rosario

- Fotografia -
Me gusta tomar mi camara y salir a recorrer y tomas fotos urbanas y de paisajes durante mis viajes. Aca podes ver algunas fotos mias

- Cerveza -
Si, me gusta, pero no solo tomarla. Sino todo lo relacionado y sobre todo como fabricarla. Hago cerveza en casa desde el 2006 y soy jurado de cata de cerveza. Desde hace un par de años estoy dedicado al negocio de producción de mi propia marca de cerveza en Mar del Plata.

- Cocina -
Disfruto mucho cocinando, sobre todo cuando tengo amigos invitados. Me gusta hacer asados, pizzas, empanadas o algun plato oriental, siempre algo se puede improvisar

- Viajar -
Amo viajar y ojala pudiera hacerlo mas seguido, pero solo tengo un par de semanas al año de vacaciones y trato de aprovecharlas de la mejor manena

- Idiomas -
Me encanta aprender idiomas, estoy estudiando ingles y aleman me encantaria poder aprender cualquier otra nueva lengua- Amistades -Me encanta hacer nuevos amigos! por eso estoy aqui :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Several kind of music. Favourite bands: Die toten Hosen, Rammstein, Metallica, Oomph, Wir sind Helden, Evanescense, Within Temptation, Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, U2, Keane, The Killers, Weezer, Muse...I like read some interesting science books about origin of universe, relativity, black holes and more. Deep inside me there is scientist. I enjoy watching thriller and science fiction movies and TV shows.

No soy un buen profesor, pero me gusta intertarlo en lo que pueda. Me gusta ayudar con el español a quienes estan aprendiendo, puedo compartir una caminata por algun lado , un mate y por supuesto mi cerveza casera o enseñarte como se hace :)
