About me... Well, I was born and raised in a small town in rural New Mexico, USA named Portales. I am currently an accountant at a firm near my town and work 60+ hours during tax season. On the off time, I love to travel and meet new people along the way. Most of my travel has been within the USA. I have had an 8-5 job the past year and as of late I have an itch to just travel the world and get immersed in different cultures.

Main reason is to get that cultural exchange. I have never been out of my home country and would love to get immersed in a foreign culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Country, Alternative, and Pop for the majority but I listen to all kinds of music expect heavy metal rock. If you were to go though my playlist, you'd probably think I am depressed. But so not the case, I genuinely enjoy listening to melancholic music for some strange reason.
Movies: I enjoy a good comedy as well as an action movie.
Books: I read a lot of memoirs, novels, and self help books. One of my favorites that I have read lately is Educated by Tara Westover.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most of my traveling I have done in the USA. I've visited NYC 5 times and I live close to the Rocky Mountains and do a lot of hiking during the summer. One fun fact, I had the chance to go to a Taylor Swift concert and was hand picked by her mother to meet her backstage.

I can teach Spanish as it is my first language and English as my second language. I have some basic computer skills that I have used with career.
