Overview
About Me
I was born in Quito, raised in a Jewish European family. My mother is German, Czech and French, my father is Ecuadorian.
I lived for 4 years in France where I studied Fine-Arts, in Toulouse, Lorient, and Quimper.
I love nature, art, museums, to travel and hike, and while doing this, to draw, write and take pictures. I admire and respect nature. I am an engaged ecologist and a vegetarian.
I currently work as Co-director of the Trude Sojka House Museum (www.trudesojka.museum), in Quito, Ecuador, dedicated to my grandmother, Trude Sojka, Czeh-Ecuadorian artist and Holocaust survivor. I also keep working on my art projects.
I am calm, tidy, and I like to talk about my country and my family history. I am always pleased to show my grandmother's art and show my museum.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like jazz, classical and indie rock, classical music, world music... I learnt to play classical Spanish guitar.
I enjoy animation movies, and old films. Experimental ones are my favorite. I can cite here Fritz Lang, Murnau, Paul Wegener, Orson Welles, Claude Lanzmann, Agnès Varda, Jan Švankmajer... There so many good directors!
Reading is one of my favorite activities. In my book I include novels, classical literature, history (especially about the Holocaust), philosophy, science, etc. García Márquez, Borges, Perec, Didi-Huberman, Celan, Mondiano... are among my most appreciated authors.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being alive and trying to leave a better world.
