We’re Chris and Gaby a couple from Ecuador and the Netherlands who have traveled together through 45 countries across Latin America, Asia, and Europe We’re currently taking a little pause and living in the Netherlands, but our love for exploring never stops. For now, we’re planning shorter trips and would still love to connect with other travelers and locals along the way.

I have strong leftist values because I believe in social justice, equal opportunities, and solidarity between people, no matter where they come from. For me, Couchsurfing isn’t just about a place to stay ,it’s about exchanging perspectives and ideas too.

That said, I’m always up for interesting conversations with people who see the world differently, as long as there’s mutual respect. Some things, like human rights, equality, and fighting discrimination, aren’t up for debate. If we share similar values, we’ll probably get along great! And if not, all I ask is a respectful discussion.
