Overview
About Me
Above everything, I am a nature lover from the tropical Andes. I got a BSc in Biology at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, during my studies I traveled a lot around this amazing country filled with diversity in all of its forms. I love to travel, and enjoy simple pleasures like a beautiful landscape, a night filled with stars, fresh air, birds and all other animals and plants one can see at the forests. I enjoy meeting relaxed, genuine people with similar interests.
I live with my partner and our two small dogs, we like going to the park, cooking, listening to good music, watching good films and having an artisanal beer every once in a while.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I believe in cooperation before competition. I am incredibly amazed about how this community can work, and would love to be a part of it.
I love traveling, and would like to meet new people while doing it. I would also love to share some thoughts about the world with people from different cultures and different interests than mine.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite artist is Björk, but I enjoy very diverse music. I can be really happy with a good funk, and also love legendary rock bands.
My favourite film (by now) is Frances Ha!, I also loved Dreamers, Blue is the warmest color, Les Miserables, The Origin, Matrix, and so many others.
As my favorite books I think I can cite Walden, Demian, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter (loved growing with it), among others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've gone to the most biodiverse place on earth five times! Yes, I went to Yasuni National Park at the Ecuadorian Amazon several times, and it was incredible each time...
Traveled through Peru (from Tumbez to Puno) as a backpacker, doing autostop and getting money along the way. Oh those good days as a student!

What I Can Share with Hosts
Good conversation, many smiles, cooking delicious dishes, dancing!
Also, I'd love to host them if they ever come to Ecuador, and if my experience as a biologist is of any interest I'm all ears to any interesting question.
