About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Basically... Trying to give the right value for things in life and be always grateful before wishing. Go after the real happiness of this crazy time full of successes and failures that we call "life" and take always everything as an experience or as an learning. And... never stop. Never stop learning and never stop trying to be kinder and kinder. The world needs that. Besides, travel the world and stuff.
PHILOSOPHY
I once read in a book a meeting between me and my innerself. "I have seen my lord through the eyes of my heart and I asked 'who are you?' and he answered 'you'!"... So, "treat the other as you would like to be treated" would be always my north.
"No, I am not on diet. Yes, I am trying to eat healthier."
"The problem is not that life is too short, is that you're dead too long. The major part of people just exist. LIVE!"
"I always wonder why birds stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere on earth. Then I ask myself the same question."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
From the first time I heard about Couchsurfing I thought how amazing would be to meet people who just have the desire to meet new people to exchange their own experiences in charge of "nothing"... material, at least. I thought it was interesting not just for the fact you can save money, I mean... I would prefer to be in a cheap hostel where everything would be "perfectly planned" and unlikely to surprises but it is such a great opportunity to exchange knowledge with someone you are trusting based in both braveness to accept hosting or accept to be hosted. :-) That is a great risk... but life is basically made from these risks, right? And I will tell you that these risks were one of the best things I`ve taken in life. I wouldn`t change for nothing in this world everything I learnt with my hosts such as hospitality, kindness, sharing, cooking and much more.
Interests
My interests involve meeting nice, intelligent (intelligence comes in many forms), open minded people. I love languages. As I was brought up with two languages (Spanish and Portuguese, in a Spanish Speaker Family in a Portuguese Speaker Country) I believe I've developed a ease to learn new languages. So living in Ireland, Brazil and Portugal with many people all over the world as Hungarians, Argentinians, Croatians, Italians, Spanish, Brazilians, Venezuelans, Slovakians, Portugueses, German and so on, I was delighted to be in the middle of that many languages and culture backgrounds!
I love travelling, fashion, music, photography, nature, design, yoga, playing cards, cultures, religion, politics, adventures, feminism, dancing, history, going to museums and concerts, galleries, festivals, cycling. I love arts and everything which involve a creative process. I am not really skilled nor instructed but everything which involves acting, drawing, painting and creating makes me feel alive.

Music, Movies, and Books
.................... Tons. I`m pretty eclectic. I`d say I`m a good appreciator so I`m able to see beauty in lots of types of music, movies and books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Waking up everyday and be glad to be alive.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share anything I would like anyone else to share with me... depending on the interests of the person, of course. If I will stay in someone's house which the person is in a very hard working process at the moment I am there, I will give the space required, otherwise I will be happy trying to go to every place it is recommended by the person or even further, go with the person if she/he wants to take me somewhere nice! Good productive conversations, a bottle of wine, proactivity to walk around, etc etc etc.
I will always be open to try learning anything I think is nice and, well... to teach is something funny... mostly you teach someone something when you do not want to teach anything. So... You will never know what you can be taught by me! :-)
