About Me

Hello everybody,
I am Gabriele, i am an italian student, I am very curious and I am greedy to know as much as possible about the world. That means i love to meet new people, socialize, partying and basically have a good time with others.
I am vegetarian because of enviromental reasons and since i have been to India I sometimes practice yoga.
I still don't know which path my life is going to take, by now i am open to every possibility, I only know i want to be happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my experience as an exchange student I realized that travelling is not touristing, travel is about crazy adventures, getting to know people and discover a city with their eyes. You can't do these things as a tourist, satying in your comfort bubble in an hotel and visiting only turists traps. Through Couchsurfing I hope I can get to meet as many people as possible and get to know their culture.
Also as a student i don't have much money and couchsurfing allows me to save some money to buy more plane tickets.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love music, i play guitar and i used to play piano. I listen to many kind of music but my absolute favourite is rock, from prog to nu metal but i am especially obsessed by Nirvana.
I really like Kubrick's, Tarantino's and Nolan's movies but I can watch pretty much every kind, I love to relax with a movie as long as there are friends to share it with. My favourite movie is into the wild that by the way has also a kickass soundtrack.
I love arts, ancient and modern, I love museums and talking about everything that concern this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best experience of my life is living in India for one year as an exchange student. This experience taught me to be curious, to be more sociable and most importantly to embrace adventure, get out of my comfort zone and throw myself into the world.
There I have seen beautiful things, got to know the amazing indian culture, met awsome people and made a lot of new friends from all over the world. I travelled far far and wide in India, from Kerala to Himalaya (where i have been travelling solo)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am still really young, i believe i have more things to learn than teach but still I can share my interest, love to talk about art and music and share my travelling experiences.
I can share my experience on exchange, present my culture and would love to discover others

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a big smile, a warm hug and loads of optimism
