Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be totally real and honest with myself and others. Saying no when I want to, learning to break down patterns of people pleasing.
ABOUT ME
I really love food and song and an intention of mine is to learn many songs from different countries and languages, aswell as learn to cook food from many different cultures. I'd love for that experience to come first hand with people from different places. I feel I am very gentle and soft, and good at being present with people, and I also have learned how to set boundaries and shut off from people when I need to.
PHILOSOPHY
Softening and listening to connect, remembering to listen deeply and share what I really feel. Embodying our true selves and letting go of the need to portray our selves as something or someone for others to like us.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love everything music. Throw backs are a big pleasure for me. My playlists tend to be scattered and will go from extreme to extreme. I like documentaries and I don't like scary movies. The dark side of the light has been the most impactful book I've read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Florida herbal conference volunteering, working at the hostel in the forest and living in a tree house, mud fight at a naturist festival, stopped eating meat, going down a hill multiple times with 10 people in a golf cart at a naturist festival, talked to strangers and learned about their history in a matter of minutes ,wwoofing at the kashi ashram, traveling the US in a Toyota Corolla with 3 other ladies, worked up the guts to drop out of college, Went to Thailand and truly traveled alone for the first time and met some great humans, and deciding to live for today
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach different foods, some ferments, ukulele, lots of short song circle songs, non violent communication, boundary setting, etc
