I am a very smiling, serious and organized person who enjoys discovering other countries and cultures. I am open-minded and eager to share interests about any subject. I am particularly interested in classical music as I play in a symphonic orchestra and have been playing the oboe since I was 7.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel and meet new persons. Couchsurfing is a good opportunity to meet nice persons who want to share knowledge and interest in their city :) I did not register to Couchsurfing before because I was always travelling with a friend and we used his profile to answer to Couchsurfing requests and proposals. This year, I want to experience travelling on my own, that is why I needed my own Couchsurfing profile.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like classical music with a preference for baroque music as most of the pieces for oboe are of that period but also Debussy, Chopin and Brahms when I play the piano. I also enjoy listening to symphonic metal and jazz. For movies, I don't have really a preference, I like to watch TV series. For books, my favorites are fantasy books with authors such as Feist, Hobb and Canavan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a big fan of jigsaw puzzles and with a friend, we did the largest jigsaw puzzle available on the market at the time we bought it : it is called life and is made of 24,000 pieces.

I will gladly share my knowledge about music, science, books and cities to whom is interested. I am always curious and wanting to learn new things, meet and share with new people. I believe we learn a lot just by meeting new people, personalities and cultures !
