About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the West Coast, meet open, friendly people with interesting stories to share!

ABOUT ME

Bonjour! I am a bilingual french Canadian from a little town near beautiful Montreal, Quebec. I drove out to California almost 2 years ago now to live by the beach and still think it's the best decision I've ever made.
I absolutely love California and have met amazing people along the way. However, recently there was a fire in our apartment and after having to relocate to a friend's house, I decided to take this as a great opportunity to explore the rest of the West Coast, meet other travelers and stay with people who have a story to tell.

PHILOSOPHY

Living life with no regrets

Music, Movies, and Books

All time favorite movie: The Wizard of Oz!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My biggest and most eye opening journey thus far has been my drive from Quebec to California. I traveled with 2 friends and we camped and stayed in KOAs during our 11 day trip. We experienced a flash flood, tarantula migration season, slept in a teepee, attended open festivals, met country singers, chatted with interesting characters and ate delicious food.

Teach, Learn, Share

When I visit a new city or even a city I've been to before, I want to learn about the hole-in-the-wall places, the secret beaches, the hidden hot spots...I don't want to be a tourist, I want to feel like a local and experience the authenticity of the place.
I love anything outdoors and learning about nature, cooking with the host, enjoying a glass of wine and chatting and maybe learning a new language.

In exchange, I can teach you french and make you a traditional Quebec dish called Poutine!
