About Me
ABOUT ME
I love good wine and good friends and good times. I left home when I was 18 to go to South America and see the world and since then life has treated me to many adventures and unexpected experiences. I love meeting people, learning about other cultures, and enjoying the company of others.
PHILOSOPHY
"Anything I've ever done that ultimately was worthwhile... initially scared me to death." Betty Bender
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet locals, to greet travelers, and to explore the world.
Interests
Nature! Anything nature. Hiking, yes! Getting lost in the woods, why not? I love it. Leaves, mud, mountains, lakes, rivers, camping, breathing in the fresh air....
I read, I cook, I learn, and I'm trying to live in all the best ways.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-Getting to see the most beautiful sun set everyday for about 7 months in a little town in Peru.
-Built homes out of pallets.
-Not being able to speak the same language as someone, but still being able to have meaningful conversations.
-Moving to two countries and building my life in them.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can learn languages together, we can read together, we can talk about all kinds of things, we can party, we can drink a ridiculous amount of coffee or tea or wine. I like learning about other people's lives, and sharing stories.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Company, conversation, pancakes, and eagerness to learn all there is to learn about life.
