ABOUT ME

I am Gabrielle and I live in Saint-Denis.
(I feel like I have joined some anti-addiction group... )
Well, I will introduce myself then: I started using Couch Surfing quite often within the six last months and now as I am not often at home, it has become a real need, I have to check my profile every day and can't help asking for Couch Surfeurs to welcome me any place I go to.
I even see again some people from Couch Surfing...
I hope my case is not too desperate.

PHILOSOPHY

There is nice quotation from french writer Nicolas Bouvier about travelling, something like "you don't take on a trip but the trip takes you on" or something similar.
But I guess random and unaccurate reference is no real "philosophy"...

Interests

I love travelling and discovering and I enjoy a deep silence as much as a serious talk or as an easy-going one.
My problem is that whenever I meet some nice people willing to share their interests, I suddenly get interested as well, even when I never heard of that kind of "interest" before... Especially concerning food.

Music, Movies, and Books

I studied litterature, philosophy and history for some years so I'm quite interested in reading and discussing about it.

I'm also really fond of cinema (Visconti, Fellini, Almodovar, Lubitsch, David Lynch, Kusturica, for instance but so much more) and music (classical, rock, jazz, blues).
