Hi! I'm a easy going person with a taste for meeting new people, going to new places, seeing new things. I'm a musician and I work doing gigs, composing and producing music for films, and giving lessons. If you have a guitar at your place I would be happy to play some Brazilian music for you.

I grew up in São Paulo, Brasil, a city of around 12 million inhabitants - and that's why every other city I go feels cozy and relaxed. Since 2016 I live in Amsterdam with my wife and we are now making our lives here. We're also trying to travel around as much as possible.

I don't have any kind of social media - I'm not a fan of how things work in those platforms. But If there is anything else you'd like to ask about me, write me an email and I promise to answer carefully!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people! I want to travel to places and get to know them a bit through the eyes and experiences of real local people. Also, I live a simple life and I don't have a money oriented life style, so I try to save what I can and still create opportunities to experience the good things in life such as travelling!

I also want to provide shelter for those with a similar way of facing life!

I love all music. So hard to say a few names, but... Gilberto Gil and Milton Nascimento are brazilian gods for me. Clementina de Jesus is the most beautiful voice. As a teenager I was a BeatleManiac. Charles Mingus, John Coltrane, Frank Zappa, Nina Simone - great contributions from the US to the world. Mercedes Sosa - la voz de pacha mama. Beethoven's 6th. Mahler 2nd. Bob Marley, Peter Tosh. Miriam Makeba...

Movies. Roma was nice. Magnólia. O Som ao Redor. Aquarius.
