About Me

Please read the tab on 'Home' when requesting to surf.

CURRENT MISSION

To be able to synthesize happiness and then package them into nukes to be used on the masses.

ABOUT ME

I love trekking, diving and especially exploring the less often trekked alleys. On the relaxing side, I enjoy listening to classical performances and reading literature. I also like learning new languages though I never excelled in them. I believe language is the key to knowing one's culture, so I tend to pick up bits of different languages on the way. I enjoy talking to people and thinking about what other things I can next do with my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing allows me to meet new people of all imaginable kinds, to live the lives of another person, to get a perspective of how life is elsewhere. It allows us to appreciate what we have, explore what we don't, question our assumptions and best of all, make new friends.

I have been on Couchsurfing since 2010 mainly as a surfer and have benefited from all the warm welcomes. Since I've had my apartment, I have been able to enjoy the other spectrum of CS, as host. As host one has been able to to receive the immensely satisfying sharing of experiences through the eyes of the travelling.

Got engaged to my wife in the mighty Karakoram Mountains of Pakistan while recording it with a drone.
Re-acquired skills of manual driving (after 10years) in a desperate struggle on the steep, windy, narrow roads in Sarajevo.
