Overview
About Me
Born in Lima, Peru, but I have lived in the U.S. for the last 16 years. Utah is my home, but I am always looking for travel opportunities and to expand my horizons culturally and geographically.
Just graduated with my Bachelors in Social Work. My professional passions include social justice, activism, child welfare, early intervention, immigration reform, and human and civil rights.
Other activities I enjoy are boxing, volleyball, soccer, and volunteering.
I love going to concerts, hanging out with dogs, and doing anything outdoors.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Great way to travel and meet new people.
Music, Movies, and Books
Anything by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee is a classic. Throw a little bit of Roald Dahl in there too just for nostalgia sake.
Music-wise, I enjoy everything! The more diverse your musical taste, the more we will get along (: But some favorite genres include indie alternative, 90's hip-hop/rap, and Latin.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visited Machu Picchu!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always willing to teach someone Spanish or how to dance cumbia, bachata, or any other Latin dance (:
