ABOUT ME
My life in a nutshell. In Italy I studied languages for a while, then I spent 2 summers in Germany and finally I decided to move to Finland. Why im here?! Good question! Well…I have always wished to move from my hometown and in 2004 I arrived in Tampere basically because I love Nordic countries and Finland was, to some extent, the easiest one. I actually started as a tourist, then I found a job, then the love of my life and finally I have been admitted to Tampere University. That’s why I decided to remain. In May 2009 I graduated and soon after I attended a Finnish course everyday for 7 months (but I still cant that well). At the moment, im looking for a job while I’m having an internship, teaching Italian, babysitting and studying Finnish. But actually, since in these last months my life and expectations changed a lot, everything is possible! I would love to go back to the university...
I would describe myself as moody, “slow” and melancholic. I sometimes think too much and too deeply. I’m not an impulsive person. I think im generous, ready to help, sweet, ironic and creative. I’m also ingenuous and honest.
PHILOSOPHY
My 3 favourites poetries

Interests
I love writing poetries or tales, DoItYourself, reading and of course travelling (as I have money and time). I love taking pictures especially macro subjects. I love details, I believe they are far from being marginal. I love camping and walking. Honestly Im not a sport person, I just love to walk. And most of everything I love my doggy flatmates.

Music, Movies, and Books
I do not actually have a favourite singer/band. What I listen to depends on my state of mind. I like Italian and international pop and rock music, in these last months I also started listening to some Finnish music…Then I like merengue and salsa, folk music as well as to some relaxing yoga pieces. Sometimes, I also opt for children songs as, for instance, animated cartoon title sequences…they make me happy! I definitely do not enjoy heavy metal, disco, opera music or those melodramatic Neapolitan songs…
I love reading, especially in Italian because I can appreciate better the text. My favourite authors are Coelho (I have all his books), Susanna Tamaro and Dan Brown. Last book I red are “Pikku Prinssi” and “Into the wild” by J. Krakauer. Im starting “a thousand splendid suns” by K. Hosseini. Besides, I love all those kind of books about mysteries and discoveries such as Atlantis and so on…
I love romantic movies, comedies, actions, thrillers and also some science fictions. However I do not like those too melodramatic or "commercial” such as “Titanic” or “The lord of the ring”. Definitely, I fall asleep while watching a western, war and horror movies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing place I have even seen is Iceland. I have been there in 2001 for an entire month, travelling by bus, hitching and camping all around the island. I definitely can say I visited places they made me cry for their simple beauty and I strongly advise such a trip!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some Italian, to cook some typical Italian food and perhaps some yoga since I did it for 4 years.
I would like to learn Arabic, Swedish and to improve my German
