I am a french girl, now living in Montreal for 3 years. I am working both as a yoga teacher and as a production manager in a company that makes kids series and games. I see Yoga as a meditation in movement. I think that yoga can help us to be more conscious about our Self, and to be connected with the others and with our environment. I am invested and interested in environment protection and try to apply this to my life as much as I can ( zero waste and vegetarian :) ). I also play piano and chess and would love to have a jam or a game session with you.
