About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be able to look back twenty years from now with as few regrets as possible
ABOUT ME
As my friends say... my life is an exchange!
Went 1 year in high school exchange to Arizona, met great friends from around the world, discovered a beautiful country, came back 2 years later for the most amazing roadtrip of my life.
Then went on exchange in Netherlands, within Belgium the year after (to the Dutch speaking part), last year was on exchange in Dublin, stayed there for my internship and also wrote there my final dissertation... woop woop finished that! Because I love Ireland so much, decided to find a job there, which I did, which I love, I'm helping to improve maps on the internet with my Belgian local knowledge! Never thought I'd once do that kind of job... But life is full of surprises isn't it? Love to travel, to meet new people, to have a laugh,to have a few pints with my friend... Well 've heard we only live once this life, so let's enjoy it
PHILOSOPHY
Mark Twain said it better than me:
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."Mark Twain
(ah quotes, used to hate those)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Planning to offer a couch once I'll stop travelling around and once I'll have a bigger place, because my gaff in Dublin is tiny tiny tiny
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

any kind of movies, my favorites are Lord of the Rings, Thank you for smoking, The Departed, Gladiator, Idiocracy, Groundhog Day,...not so original I've to say...
And books... well many different kinds, just to name one: On the Road, from Jack Kerouak and the books of Douglas Copland ("Hey, Nostradamus", "Jpod")
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Have seen the most beautiful sunset of my life in Arizona with an Ecuadorian, Belgian and American friend...and camera ran ot of battery, I made a memory picture... Will never forget the stars in Yosemite National Park and our night bribing the cops in Tijuana...
Little things make me smile, cultural exchanges, going for a coffee in Copenhagen with an Egyptian, a Turkish and an Israelian friend, laughing our ass of about silly things, and looking back, makes me think how easy life could be... couchsurfing is I believe a great opportunity to create those simple moments
Teach, Learn, Share
