ABOUT ME

I m 29,I like to travel by myself with my backpak but not like a Rambo warrior.
I like to meet people of other culture. I get easy contacts during my travels, because, I think, I give trust to what happen, sometimes maybe too much, but at the end the lesson is always very interesting.

I like also theatre and , which can make good funny times and laughing when we imagine crazy stories to act, even between small groups, or on the streets, or on a stage why not.
In my job, I love giving some help to people to know themselves better when they are in trouble, because sometimes the key of a problem is the way we live our lives. But to help, I first need to dig into myself to encounter all the part of me.
Even if I don t often go out to party s, I like it very much, a good occasion to dance and have fun.

PHILOSOPHY

I like simple people, not with a big ego, I don t need a lot of confort to live my life, from the point of view of a western guy of course.
For me, everything that happen to you is an occasion to learn a bit more about life, even if my friends tell sometimes that I think wrong.

I m travelling for now for about one year and have for now no place to invite guest. If my experience gives good things, I will be pleased to welcome people as soon I have a home in my hometown.

I love sharing about different kind of spiritualities, different kind of watching the world and learn things about how and who I am, meeting people gives contrast and is a good way to learn about one self.
I like meditation, relaxation, different kind of medecine techniques : from the ones "alternatives" to the very scientifics.

Music, Movies, and Books

music : I m not very passionnate about music and listen most of the time music on radio, so commercial ones, but I like very much "les cowboys fringants" and their last album < l expedition>, otherwise music with multiple voices like Simon and Garfunkel, or classic music also

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a small retreat in silence in a christian abbey, I have been locked in the chapel at night because I was meditating in the dark and the oldest brother didn t see me when he locked the door. So I have spent a part of the night the body rolled in a carpet trying to get warm because it was freezing in the church, till the monks came for the morning prey at 4am...

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach some way of relaxing with breath and imagine colour, I also play didjeridoo on people who are doing a relaxation session and it can grow the feeling of wellbeing ( strange, I know, but true anyway).
I d like to learn singing and also painting, another way to express myself, because the field of medecine is sometimes stressing, and I m seeking for now how to practice it in my own way.
